Over the holidays, I decided to take a break from applique and do something different. I haven't hand-pieced anything in a long time and have been interested in Lucy Boston's Patches Of The Cross quilt. I also wanted to try using Inklingo and so spent a couple of days printing out shapes and cutting them out. I finished my first POTC block and am working on the second. I don't know how many of these blocks I'll make but I'm using fabric I already have and am including blues and lavenders in each block for some kind of consistency. Here's a photo of my first block.
